Job Description

1.Customer follow-up and communication

2.Selecting orders as per customer requirement

3.Preparing and sending quotations

4.Order confirmation from clients

5.Coordinating with production department

6.Tracking order status and dispatch

7.Coordinating with Accounts for ledger/Tally entries

8.Following up with clients for metal (Gold) and Diamond requirements

9.Ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
