Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

About UsPrism Colour Coats is a leading manufacturer of Industrial Powder Coating Colours, serving OEMs, job coaters, and industrial customers across India and international markets. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through outbound calling.
• Contact prospective customers from the provided database and generate new leads.
• Understand customer requirements and introduce suitable products.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, samples, and order processing.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and business growth.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident in cold calling and customer interaction.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• QualificationGraduate preferred (Any Stream).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, B2B Sales, Industrial Products, or Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
