Sales Executive

We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Fashion Sales Executive to join our designer saree showroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ethnic fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a premium shopping experience. The role involves assisting customers in selecting designer sarees, achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom standards, and building long-term customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers warmly and understand their preferences, budget, and occasion.
• Recommend suitable designer sarees and complementary products such as blouses, accessories, and dupattas.
• Demonstrate product features including fabric, craftsmanship, embroidery, and styling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and VIP customers.
• Assist with billing, packaging, and order processing.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
• Ensure products are neatly displayed and replenished.
• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for stock availability.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal collections, and new arrivals.
• Follow company policies and operational procedures.
• QualificationsGraduate or equivalent qualification.
• 1–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in designer sarees, ethnic wear, bridal wear, or luxury fashion.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for fashion may also apply.
