Job Description:
Hill Staytion is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have at least 2 years of sales experience. The role involves handling customer inquiries, promoting villa stay packages, and converting leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Provide complete information about villas, amenities, pricing, and offers.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
- Share property details, photos, and booking information with clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and bookings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Hospitality, Travel, Real Estate, or Customer Service.
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is preferred.
