JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Saroli, Surat
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Salary: Depends on Interview & Experience
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Call leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Follow up with existing and new customers
- Generate new sales through telecalling and customer coordination
- Maintain customer database and daily follow-up records
- Explain product/service details to customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with team for order processing and customer support
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales or telecalling experience preferred
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
- Ability to handle customers professionally
