Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, closing property sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and knowledge of the local real estate market.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, references, site visits, and digital platforms
• Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements
• Present and explain property options, pricing, and payment plans
• Conduct property site visits with clients
• Negotiate deals and close sales
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain proper documentation and sales reports
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams for smooth transaction processing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–3 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good presentation and convincing ability
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
