Job Description
We’re Hiring – Sales Manager (Residential Real Estate)
WITH REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE ONLY NO OTHER SALES EXPERIANCE IS VALID
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Lead to take charge of our sales process and help us close our upcoming residential units.
The Role:
* Direct Sales: Meeting with walk-in clients and personally handling the closing of deals.
* Team Coordination: Working closely with our telecaller to ensure leads are followed up on and converted into site visits.
* Customer Relations: Building trust with buyers and guiding them through the booking and documentation process.
* Site Management: Ensuring the site office is ready for visitors and managing the daily sales activity.
Requirements:
* Experience: 3+ years in Real Estate sales (Surat market experience is a must).
* Communication: Strong command of Gujarati; must be able to talk comfortably with local buyers.
* Closing Skills: A polite yet firm negotiator who knows how to handle "tricky" customers with patience.
* Reliability: Someone who is comfortable working in a small, focused team environment and taking full ownership of the sales target.
