Sales Manager-CREDIT CARD-Retail Sales

Job Role:

 

The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows:

•Drive credit cards sales through team in open market, branch channel & Point of Sales

•Manage end to end process - sourcing to dispatching of cards, coordination with credit & ops team

•Coordinate with various internal stake holders for issuance to credit cards

•Responsible for Corporate tie ups and other business development activities

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Lead business for the location
• Manage a team of 30-40 sales executives; also responsible for hiring and building team, managing the overall productivity for the team
• Candidates with prior experience in open market & direct sales in credit card business are preferred.
