Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, build strong client relationships, and convert potential customers into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in dealing with international clients, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Conduct online meetings or video calls with customers when required.

Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Achieve monthly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Ability to manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.

Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in international sales or customer relationship management.

Knowledge of export business or international trade is an advantage.

Experience in luxury products, fashion accessories, jewellery, or watches is preferred.
