Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Objective

To generate business by meeting customers on-site, understanding requirements, coordinating measurements, converting enquiries into confirmed orders, and ensuring smooth handover to the internal sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers, project sites, builders, architects, and interior designers

• Understand customer requirements and explain NGA products and services

• Coordinate site measurements and technical feasibility checks

• Prepare enquiry details and coordinate with office sales team for quotations

• Follow up with customers for order confirmation

• Ensure Order Confirmation Form is properly filled and signed

• Coordinate with office team for advance payment collection

• Maintain daily visit and follow-up records

• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers and project clients

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Good communication in Hindi & Gujarati (basic English preferred)

• Basic understanding of glass and aluminium works (training provided)

• Willingness to travel and work on field

• Discipline in reporting and follow-up
