Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Surat. The role involves field sales and marketing of four-wheeler spare parts. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or automotive spare parts industry.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit automobile workshops, spare parts dealers, garages, and other potential customers.
• Promote and sell four-wheeler spare parts in the assigned territory.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely order closure.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain regular sales and field visit reports.
• Ensure timely collection and follow-up on outstanding payments, when required.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in field sales or marketing.
• Experience in automobile, automotive spare parts, or related industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of four-wheeler spare parts will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Valid driving licence and a two-wheeler are preferred for field visits.
