Sales Merchandiser

Position Introduction:   A merchandiser is the bridge between the customer and the industry.

Right Angle Fashions is looking for someone with relevant experience, and passionate about Women’s Fashion Wear.

Job Description

• Manage sales activity and achieve targets, Focusing on new and in stock products.
• Client coordination and communication regarding design development, sampling, attending queries, and follow up of orders.
• Coordinate with external and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Draft sample instruction on DO sheet in coordination with sampling merchandiser, check samples and dimensions before submission.
• Advice Design Team for product development and provide information about yarn, and production situation to meet customers’ requirements.
• Arrange sample submission to customers for approval.
• Coordination with production merchandiser to ensure zero machine stoppage.
• Monitor sampling arrangement in sales office in coordination with sampling team.
• Handle merchandising-related documents, and follow shipments.
• Maintain TNA and have very strong Follow up. 

COMPETENCES REQUIRED

• Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process.
• Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive, and detail-minded.
• Well-organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines
• Basic English required
• Literate in Microsoft office programs
