Sales Staff (In Shop)

We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and customer-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing mobile retail store. In this role, you will be the face of our shop, helping customers find the perfect smartphones, smartwatches, earbuds, power banks, and other premium mobile accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and guide them to the right mobile devices or accessories (cases, tempered glass, neckbands, power banks).
• Sales & Upselling: Drive store sales by demonstrating product features, explaining technology benefits, and bundling products (e.g., suggesting a fast charger or premium case with a new phone).
• Store Management & Display: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing storefront. Ensure inventory displays and promotional banners are neatly arranged.
• Stock & Inventory Control: Assist in tracking daily stock levels, receiving new shipments, and updating inventory records.
• Customer Service: Handle customer queries, assist with basic phone setups, and manage minor complaints or product replacements professionally.
• Billing & Cash Handling: Efficiently manage the billing counter, process cash/UPI payments, and issue invoices.
