Senior Accounts Executive Erp Next Implementation

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to manage end-to-end finance operations, trade documentation, and banking relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ERP systems, import/export documentation, bank loan coordination, and trade finance instruments including Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG).

ERP & Financial Systems

• Manage ERP modules including procurement, inventory, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate data entry, reconciliation, and MIS reporting through ERP.
• Coordinate with IT/ERP vendors for upgrades, issue resolution, and process improvements.
• Generate financial reports, cost analysis, and dashboards using ERP tools (SAP / Tally / Oracle / MS Dynamics or similar).

Import / Export Documentation

• Prepare and verify all import/export documents: invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, airway bills, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agent), freight forwarders, and shipping lines for timely clearance.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations, EXIM policy, and customs procedures.
• Manage GST documentation for imports/exports and coordinate with the taxation team.
• Maintain records of advance licences and export incentive scheme benefits (MEIS/RoDTEP).

Bank Loan Coordination

• Coordinate with banks for working capital limits, term loans, and CC/OD facilities.
• Prepare and submit loan documentation: CMA data, financial statements, stock statements, and debtor/creditor reports.
• Liaise with bank officials for renewal of credit limits, compliance submissions, and periodic inspections.
• Monitor loan disbursement, repayment schedules, interest computations, and EMI tracking.
• Maintain strong banking relationships and ensure adherence to all loan covenants and conditions.

LC & Bank Guarantee Management

• Initiate, open, and manage Letters of Credit (Sight LC / Usance LC / Standby LC) for domestic and international transactions.
• Review LC terms, ensure document compliance, and coordinate timely presentation of documents to banks.
• Manage Bank Guarantees (Performance BG, Financial BG, Bid Bond) — issuance, renewal, and closure.
• Liaise with banks for discounting, negotiation, and reimbursement under LC transactions.
• Handle LC document discrepancies and coordinate with buyers/suppliers for resolution.
• Track expiry dates and ensure timely renewal or cancellation of BGs and LCs.

Required Skills & Competencies

• ERP Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
• Trade Documentation: Expertise in import/export, shipping, and customs compliance.
• LC & BG Management: Hands-on experience with LC processing, discounting, and bank guarantee lifecycle.
• Banking Knowledge: Working capital facilities, term loans, and bank reporting requirements.
• MS Office: Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), Word, and financial MIS reporting.
• Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with FEMA, RBI guidelines, DGFT regulations, and GST on imports/exports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com / BBA) or MBA in Finance from a recognised institution.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in finance/trade operations within a manufacturing or trading company.
• Prior direct experience handling banks for LC, BG, and loan coordination is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in Export Oriented Units (EOU) or multi-location companies preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Inter / ICWA Inter / CS Inter qualified candidates will be given preference.
• Exposure to international trade finance — SWIFT, FEDAI rules, UCP 600 guidelines.
• Experience with SAP B1, Oracle NetSuite, Tally Prime, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Working knowledge of foreign exchange management and hedging instruments.
