Senior Interior Designer

Location: Bhatar, Surat
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹65,000 per month
Job Summary
BeHomes India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and modular kitchen design projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, client-handling skills, and experience managing projects from concept development to final execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, storage solutions, and customized furniture.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Prepare 2D layouts, space planning, working drawings, and detailed designs.
- Develop 3D visualizations and presentations using design software.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, vendors, and production teams.
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and execution monitoring.
- Guide junior designers and support the design team in project delivery.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Interior Design and Modular Furniture Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Modular Kitchen and Furniture Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design software.
- Excellent space planning and visualization skills.
- Strong client communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and furniture manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling luxury residential interior projects.
- Knowledge of site execution and project management.
- Experience in modular kitchen and customized furniture manufacturing.
