Job Summary Yantra Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Mechanical Service Coordinator to manage installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales service support for CNC machines and industrial equipment. The role involves coordinating between customers, service engineers, design, and production teams to ensure timely resolution of machine issues and smooth customer support operations.

Key Responsibilities

•      Coordinate installation and commissioning of CNC machines at customer sites.

•       Handle customer service requests, breakdown complaints, and technical issues.

•       Assign and coordinate service engineers for onsite and remote support.

•       Ensure timely resolution of machine breakdowns and technical problems.

•       Liaise with Design and Production teams for root cause analysis and corrective actions.

•       Maintain service logs, complaint tracking, and resolution records.

•       Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for dispatch.

•       Ensure proper documentation of service reports, feedback, and machine history.

•       Follow up with customers for satisfaction after service completion.

•       Support preventive maintenance planning and execution.

•       Coordinate machine testing, trial runs, and final acceptance at customer site.

Requirements

•       Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

•       2–5 years of experience in machine service, installation, or industrial equipment maintenance.

•       Experience in CNC machines, SPMs, fabrication machinery, or heavy engineering equipment preferred.

•       Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical coordination.

•       Ability to read mechanical and assembly drawings.

•       Willingness to travel for onsite service support.
