Job Description

1) Handle Service calls & mail and promptly response to customer

2) Arrange for the technician's visit in case of requirement and confirmation with customer

3) Maintain the databased of service calls

4) Take feedback from the customer after completion of work

5) Ensure the proper closure of the work

6) Monitor and enhance performance of the service team
