Shop Keeper

We are looking for a hardworking, honest, and customer-friendly Store Assistant to help manage the day-to-day operations of our dairy, ice cream, and grocery store. The ideal candidate should be energetic, maintain cleanliness, provide excellent customer service, and ensure shelves are always stocked.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and assist them with product selection.Operate the billing counter and handle cash, UPI, and card payments.Pack customer purchases neatly.Restock shelves, refrigerators, and freezers.Monitor expiry dates and rotate stock (FIFO).Keep the store clean, organized, and hygienic.Receive and arrange deliveries from suppliers.Help with inventory counting and report low-stock items.Ensure dairy and frozen products are stored correctly.Assist with opening and closing the store.Follow all company policies and maintain a positive attitude.RequirementsMinimum 10th or 12th Pass.Previous retail or grocery store experience is preferred but not mandatory.Basic math and billing/POS knowledge.Good communication skills in Gujarati or Hindi (English is a plus).Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.Physically fit to lift and arrange stock.
