Role Overview

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to manage and execute EV charging infrastructure projects, including site development, civil works, foundations, and canopy installations.

The role involves on-ground execution, coordination with electrical teams, and ensuring timely project delivery across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Civil Works

• Supervise civil construction activities for EV charging sites
• Execute foundation work for chargers, transformers, and equipment
• Oversee canopy structure installation
• Ensure proper drainage, leveling, and site preparation

2. Project Planning & Coordination

• Study site layout drawings and BOQ
• Coordinate with electrical team for integrated execution
• Work with vendors, contractors, and site teams
• Ensure material availability and work sequencing

3. Quality & Safety

• Ensure quality standards in civil work execution
• Monitor concrete, structural, and finishing work
• Follow safety guidelines at site
• Maintain proper documentation and reports

4. Site Management

• Handle multiple project sites (travel required)
• Track daily progress and timelines
• Resolve on-site issues and delays
• Report updates to project manager

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 1–5 years experience in construction / infrastructure projects
• Experience in industrial, electrical, or EPC projects preferred
• Knowledge of:
• Foundations & RCC work
• Structural installation (canopy, base frames)
• Site execution practices

Preferred Experience (Bonus)

• EV charging infrastructure projects
• Electrical infra coordination
• Fast-track project execution

Location
