Location Navsari (Highway, City & Chhapra Branches)

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Performance Incentive: ₹1,000 – ₹1,500 per month

About Us

Madhi ni Khamni is a well-known traditional farsan brand with multiple retail outlets and a central production unit. We are looking for a responsible, energetic and disciplined Operations Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our Navsari branches.

Job Responsibilities

• OperationsSupervise daily operations of all Navsari branches.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of stores.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and product quality.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all branches.

Staff Management

• Supervise branch staff and maintain discipline.
• Manage staff attendance and duty schedules.
• Train new employees.
• Motivate the team and solve day-to-day operational issues.

Billing & Cash Handling

• Ensure every customer is billed correctly.
• Verify daily cash collection and billing accuracy.
• Report any billing or cash discrepancies to management.
• Inventory & CoordinationCoordinate daily product requirements with the factory.
• Monitor stock availability and reduce wastage.
• Ensure timely replenishment of products at all branches.

Reporting

• Submit daily operational reports.
• Report staff issues, maintenance requirements and customer feedback.
• Suggest ideas to improve operations and sales.
• RequirementsGraduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience can also apply).
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, restaurant, supermarket or food business.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
• Honest, responsible and willing to learn.
• Must be able to travel between Navsari branches.
