Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management:

- Managing the store's budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.
- Leadership:
- Motivating and leading the team, setting performance expectations, and providing feedback.
- Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, employment, and licensing requirements.
