Job Description

हमें एक जिम्मेदार और अनुभवी व्यक्ति की आवश्यकता है जो कटिंग का काम संभाल सके और साथ ही 10 सिलाई मशीनों पर काम करने वाले कारीगरों को मैनेज कर सके। उम्मीदवार को पूरी यूनिट की जिम्मेदारी संभालनी होगी।

  • जिम्मेदारियां:कपड़े की कटिंग का काम खुद करना (कटिंग मास्टर)
  • 10 मशीनों पर काम करने वाले कारीगरों को मैनेज करना
  • कारीगरों को काम देना और समय पर काम पूरा करवाना
  • सभी कारीगरों के काम और आउटपुट का हिसाब रखना
  • कपड़ा, धागा, बटन, लेस आदि सामग्री का सही मैनेजमेंट
  • काम की क्वालिटी चेक करना
  • रोज़ाना रिपोर्ट देना (कितना काम हुआ, किसने कितना काम किया)
  • सभी ऑर्डर समय पर पूरा करवाना
  • पूरी यूनिट की जिम्मेदारी लेना
  • योग्यता:अच्छा टेलर होना जरूरी है
  • कटिंग मास्टर का अच्छा अनुभव होना चाहिए
  • 3–5 साल का अनुभव (सुपरवाइज़र / मास्टर के रूप में)
  • टीम को मैनेज करने की क्षमता
  • ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार और मेहनती
  • हिसाब-किताब रखने की समझ
  • पेमेंट डिटेल्स:सैलरी हर 15 दिन में दी जाएगी
  • सैलरी अनुभव और काम के अनुसार होगी
