Job Title: Accounts & Taxation Associate (CA Firm)

Location: New City Light, Surat

Duration: Full-Time / Permanent

Compensation: Rs. 12000-16000 per month + Annual Performance Bonus

About the Firm: We are a progressive Chartered Accountancy firm based in Surat, specializing in comprehensive Taxation, Audit, and Advisory services. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality compliance solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. As we continue to expand our domestic practice, we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our core compliance team.

What You Will Do (The Role & Responsibilities):

• Direct Tax Compliance: Preparation and independent filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for Individuals, Partnership Firms, and Corporates.
• Indirect Tax Compliance: End-to-end handling of GST filings including GSTR-1, 3B, and annual returns (9 & 9C), along with periodic GSTR-2B reconciliations.
• TDS Management: Accurate computation of TDS/TCS and timely filing of quarterly returns.
• Finalization of Accounts: Maintaining clean books of accounts and assisting in the finalization of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements for audit purposes.
• Statutory Portals: Navigating and managing workflows on the GST and Income Tax government portals.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter.
• Experience: Minimum 23 years of core experience within a CA Firm environment is mandatory.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Genius, MCS, and Tally is essential.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, GST laws, and Income Tax provisions.
• The "Accuracy" Mindset: A sharp eye for detail to ensure zero-defect filings and error-free data entry.
