Job Description

Team Leader - Telecalling

Reflect Trackers is hiring an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to lead our Telecalling Team and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Telecalling Team.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved.
  • Monitor team performance and call quality.
  • Train and guide new telecallers.
  • Motivate the team to improve productivity.
  • Track follow-ups and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.
  • Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Sales Team Handling.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
  • Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month
  • Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month
