Job Description

  • Manage and supervise the daily activities of service engineers and technicians.
  • Allocate service calls and assign work to team members.
  • Track and monitor service requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure all service tickets are updated and closed within the defined timeline.
  • Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct team meetings and provide guidance and support to service staff.
  • Coordinate with installation and sales teams when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation of service activities and customer interactions
