About UdhariCrop - UdhariCrop Payment Collection Service is a Surat-based company helping businesses recover outstanding payments through professional payment follow-ups, trust verification, customer relationship management, and credit control solutions.

We work as an extended Accounts Receivable (Collection) Department for businesses, helping them improve cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships. Our mission is to make payment collection professional, systematic, and hassle-free.

Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Customer Relationship Manager who can lead our collection team and ensure timely payment follow-ups with clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Customer Relationship team.
• Monitor daily follow-up activities of telecallers.
• Allocate customer accounts among team members.
• Ensure timely payment collection through professional communication.
• Handle escalated customer cases professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Accounts departments.
• Review payment commitments and ensure proper follow-up.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor team KPIs and achieve collection targets.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members.
• Improve customer satisfaction while maintaining collection efficiency.
• Maintain CRM records accurately.
• Ensure company SOPs and collection processes are followed.
• Identify process improvements and increase team productivity.

• Experience2–5 Years experience in Customer Relationship, Team Handling, Collections, BPO, Banking, Finance, Telecalling, or Customer Support.
• Team handling experience will be preferred.
