About UdhariCrop UdhariCrop is a fast-growing payment collection & credit management platform helping SME traders and manufacturers in Surat's textile market manage their udhari (business credit) smartly and stress-free.

Role Overview We're hiring confident Telecallers to be the voice of UdhariCrop — connecting with traders, manufacturers, and existing clients to introduce our platform, generate leads, and support customers across their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective customers (mainly textile traders & SMEs in Surat).
• Pitch UdhariCrop's services clearly and convert leads into demo bookings or paying customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and patience.
• Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and email until the lead is closed.
• Update every conversation accurately in our CRM (full training provided).
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the right team.
• Hit daily and weekly call volume + conversion targets.

Requirements

• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills — confident on the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge: WhatsApp, Excel, Email, CRM tools.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer service (freshers with great communication are welcome).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
