We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telecaller to join our team at Riseup Overseas Private Limited.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential leads to promote our products/services.
• Explain the benefits and features of our offerings clearly and convincingly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and follow up diligently to close sales.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately maintain records of all calls and customer interactions in our database.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or higher.
• Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
• English Level: Basic English proficiency is required.
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills. Experience in B2C or B2B sales is a plus.
• Gender Preference: This role is specifically open to Female candidates.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience).
• Incentives: Average of ₹5,000 per month, bringing your total earning potential up to ₹25,000.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Shift: Day shift (Not a night shift job).
• No Joining Fee: There are no deposits or fees required to join.
