Job Role


  • We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller for immediate joining.
  • The role involves handling customer calls, entering information on excel sheets, and explaining products/services.


Responsibilities


  • Make outbound & handle inbound customer calls
  • Remind customers to topup their shipping wallet
  • Maintain call records and customer data
  • Provide excellent customer support
