We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy talking to people, this role is perfect for you! Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Make 60+ connected calls daily to potential clients

✔ Clearly explain company services and generate qualified leads

✔ Schedule minimum 3 client meetings per day

✔ Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records

✔ Ensure timely follow-ups and strong client relationships

✔ Coordinate with sales & admin team for smooth execution

✔ Achieve daily, weekly & monthly targets

🧠 Skills Required

✅ Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

✅ Confident and persuasive speaking style

✅ Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets)

✅ Self-motivated & target-oriented
