Telecaller

🧾 Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller who will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling/handling

online meetings to drive sales for our Business consulting services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of

sales processes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads/database
• Introduce company services and generate interest in consulting solutions
• Schedule and conduct online meetings (via Zoom/Google Meet, etc.)
• Understand client requirements and explain relevant services
• Follow up with leads to convert them into customers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales pipeline
• Coordinate with the sales/consulting team for closures
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable handling online meetings and presentations
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Self-motivated and target-oriented 

💼 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, services, or B2B sales
• Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms
• Fluency in Hindi, English and Gujrati
