Job Description

Shriram Ghanti Patthar Store is one of the trusted manufacturers and suppliers of premium atta chakki stones, flour mill machinery, and related products. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller/Sales Executive to help us grow by converting customer inquiries into successful sales.

  • Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Explain our products confidently and professionally.
  • Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
  • Maintain customer records in Excel or CRM.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team after order confirmation.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (Basic English is a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, MS Excel).
  • Sales or telecalling experience is preferred but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Honest, disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 (Based on experience)
  • Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000+ per month
  • Top performers can earn ₹45,000/month or more
  • Training and product knowledge will be provided.
  • Opportunities for career growth based on performance.
