જવાબદારીઓ:
✅ ફોન દ્વારા નવા ગ્રાહકો સાથે વાતચીત કરવી
✅ International Courier Service વિશે માહિતી આપવી
✅ Customer Follow-up અને Lead Generation કરવું
✅ ગ્રાહકોને સર્વિસ માટે કન્વર્ટ કરવાના પ્રયાસો કરવો
✅ કોલ રેકોર્ડ અને ગ્રાહકની માહિતી જાળવવી
જરૂરી લાયકાત:
✔️ ગુજરાતી અને હિન્દી ભાષામાં સારી વાતચીત આવડતી હોવી જોઈએ
✔️ Customer Convincing Skill અને Communication Skill સારી હોવી જોઈએ
✔️ Basic Computer Knowledge ફરજિયાત છે
✔️ Telecalling અથવા Customer Service નો અનુભવ હોય તો પ્રાથમિકતા
🕘 સમય: સવારે 9:00 થી સાંજે 7:00
💰 પગાર: ₹12000 થી ₹15000 (અનુભવ અને કૌશલ્ય મુજબ)
