Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Executive to join our team at EngageOne. The candidate will be responsible for handling company-provided leads, communicating with customers, explaining services, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
- Responsibilities:Handle and manage company-provided leads
- Contact potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Explain company products and services professionally
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales
- Maintain proper customer communication records
- Coordinate with the onboarding/support team after sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic sales and customer handling knowledge
- Ability to follow up and convert leads effectively
- Experience in sales/telecalling is preferred
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API or software services is a plus
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
