Telecalling Executive

Job Role: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele SALES callers to join our growing team at UdhariCrop. As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers to promote our services and support their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain UdhariCrop’s products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert leads into active users.
• Follow up with leads through calls, messages, or emails.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations in CRM.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when needed.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in tele calling / telesales preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Gujrati, Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email, CRM).
• Confident, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Ability to learn about products and explain them clearly over the phone.
