Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls from customers.
• Communicate with domestic and international banking customers regarding services and payments.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and commitments.
• Explain banking related information clearly to customers.
• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
• Coordinate with internal team for customer issues and resolutions.
• Ensure professional and polite communication with customers at all times.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle both domestic and international customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Ability to manage pressure and achieve targets.
• Prior experience in banking telecalling or collection process preferred.
