Job Description
Position: Telecalling Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Provide customers with updates on new product launches, offers, and stock availability.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate sales orders over the phone and follow up until order confirmation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
