Job Description

Job Description – Telecaller (Funding Millions)

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to clients regarding loan and financial services.
  • Explain company products and funding solutions to customers.
  • Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company.
  • Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
  • Build good relationships with customers and resolve basic queries.
  • Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for smooth processing.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and telecalling experience will be preferred.
  • Only experienced both can apply.
