Job Description

Job Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive who can handle leads for multiple services including:

  • CRM Software (Residieons)
  • Website Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • Digital Marketing Services

The candidate should be confident in calling, understanding client requirements, and converting leads into sales or qualified opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Call incoming & outgoing leads (warm + cold)
  • Understand client requirements (business, budget, timeline)
  • Pitch relevant services (CRM / Website / App / Marketing)
  • Generate qualified leads or close small deals
  • Schedule demos/meetings for senior sales team (if needed)
  • Maintain proper follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp
  • Update all activity in CRM system
  • 📊 Daily Targets:120–200 calls/day
  • 20–30 meaningful conversations
  • 5–10 qualified leads / opportunities


Required Skills:


  • Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
  • Strong convincing ability
  • Basic understanding of sales
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Quick learner (multiple products)
