Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and confident Tele Sales Executive to generate sales over call, connect with potential customers, explain our services, and convert inquiries into active subscriptions or bookings.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over calls and WhatsApp communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain car wash packages, memberships, and offers
- Generate and qualify leads from provided databases
- Convert inquiries into service bookings and subscriptions
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
- Maintain customer data and call records in CRM
- Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Promote seasonal offers and corporate packages
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years experience in Tele Sales
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
- Basic English communication preferred
- Comfortable using CRM software and WhatsApp
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in service industry sales
- Knowledge of car care or automobile industry
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills
