Job Description

EasySkill Career Academy is hiring Tele Sales Executives for our Bhestan, Surat office.

This is a Work From Office position. There is NO field work.

Your responsibilities:

• Call student leads provided by the company

• Explain IT courses and career opportunities

• Handle student and parent queries

• Schedule Google Meet counselling sessions

• Follow up through phone calls and WhatsApp

• Update CRM after every conversation

• Achieve monthly admission targets

Requirements:

✔ Gujarati & Hindi communication required

✔ Basic English preferred

✔ Comfortable making 120+ calls daily

✔ Basic computer knowledge

✔ Freshers with good communication can apply

✔ Telecalling / Sales / BPO / Education counselling experience preferred

Salary:

₹15,000 to ₹30,000 Fixed + Attractive Incentives

Top performers can earn ₹50,000+ monthly.
