Job Summary

The Steward is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the café. This role plays a key part in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing prompt and courteous service.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/barista team.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently as per company standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and basic product knowledge.
• Handle customer queries and resolve minor concerns politely.
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards as per company policy.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.
