Job Summary

A Store Manager oversees all daily retail operations, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising, to maximize profitability and ensure excellent customer service. They are responsible for meeting sales targets, implementing marketing strategies, maintaining safety standards, and driving financial performance

 

  • Operational Management: Opening/closing the store, managing daily cash, and ensuring safety compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating staff while handling scheduling and performance evaluations

.

  • Sales & Profitability: Setting and achieving sales goals, analyzing performance data, and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Inventory & Merchandise: Monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory audits, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring excellent service standards and resolving customer issues professionally.

 

Qualifications\Requirements
•    Proven experience in quality. 
•    Conscientious and responsible. 

•    A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach.
•    Outstanding communication skills.
•    Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
•    In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
