Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Skilled Carpenter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing and finishing premium wooden doors while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture and assemble premium wooden doors as per production drawings and specifications.
  • Work on Flush, Membrane, Laminated, Veneer, WPC, Fire-Rated, and customized doors.
  • Operate woodworking machinery such as panel saws, edge banders, routers, spindle moulders, sanders, and drilling machines.
  • Perform cutting, sizing, routing, edge finishing, fitting, and assembly of door components.
  • Install locks, hinges, handles, door closers, and other hardware accurately.
  • Ensure dimensional accuracy, smooth finishing, and premium craftsmanship.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and follow all safety procedures.
  • Minimize material wastage and report any quality issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and quality inspectors to meet daily production targets.
  • Preferred experience in door manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, modular furniture, or interior woodworking.
  • Knowledge of solid wood, plywood, MDF, HDF, laminates, veneers, WPC, and related materials.
  • Experience operating woodworking machines and hand tools.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling production work.
