Job Title: Sales Telecaller

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, promoting company products/services, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling activities.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Update customer information in CRM/software or Excel sheets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and self-motivation.
Qualifications
Any Graduate / HSC / Diploma.
0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or a related field.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
