Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable Accountant cum Cashier who can manage daily accounts, handle cash transactions, maintain financial records, and support day-to-day accounting operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Reconcile bank statements and cashbooks
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
  • Maintain vendor/party ledger accounts
  • Support GST, TDS, and other statutory work
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Cashier Duties:Manage daily cash transactions
  • Collect payments (cash, UPI, card, cheque) and issue receipts
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain cash register
  • Deposit cash and cheques in bank when required
  • Maintain daily cash summary and report discrepancies
  • Support front-desk billing, if needed
