We are looking for a disciplined, organized and professional individual who can become a strong operational backbone for our growing financial ecosystem.

Your role will include:

• Client follow-ups & appointment scheduling

• Account opening & documentation coordination

• Backend operational & administrative support

• Handling client communication professionally

• Managing day-to-day office coordination

• Maintaining proper records & follow-up systems

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good communication & professional behavior

• Is organized, responsible & detail-oriented

• Is comfortable handling calls & client coordination

• Learns quickly and can handle multiple tasks

• Is comfortable with basic computer & office work
