Job SummaryThe Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting company employees, clients, and documents as required. The driver must ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, follows all traffic rules, and represents the company professionally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSafely drive company vehicles as assigned.
• Pick up and drop employees, clients, and visitors on time.
• Deliver and collect official documents and parcels.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and outside.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, engine oil, tyre pressure, brakes, etc.).
• Report any vehicle repairs or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, travel records, and fuel records.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Ensure all vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, PUC, Permit) remain valid and available.
• Be available for official travel whenever required.
• RequirementsValid LMV/Commercial Driving Licence.
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience.
• Good knowledge of city routes and GPS navigation.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• Punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed.
• No major traffic violations or criminal record.
