Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (80%) 

·        Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals  

·        Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements  

·        Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers  

·        Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process  

·        Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers  

·        Support in job posting and employer branding initiatives  

Other HR Activities (20%) 

·        Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees  

·        Maintain employee records and documentation  

·        Support in attendance and leave management  

·        Help organize HR events and engagement activities  

·        Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks 

Requirements 

·        Master’s degree (MBA or HR related field preferred)  

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills  

·        Basic knowledge of MS Office
