Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1. Food Preparation & CookingPrepare authentic South Indian dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Prepare dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, biryani, rice varieties, meals, curries, and other South Indian specialities.
  • Ensure all food is cooked with consistent taste, quality, texture, and presentation.
  • Follow standard recipes and portion-control guidelines.
  • Ensure timely preparation and service of all orders during peak hours.
