QC/QA Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation of Syrup / Batches for Beverage Production
• Quality Checks, Analysis, and Documentation of Incoming and Outgoing Material
• Quality monitoring and verification during production process & finished material
• Assurance of Quality Standards of Products as well as the Facility as a whole
• Preparation and Maintenance of various documents and records related to Quality control and assurance processes performed
• Personal hygiene and factory hygiene supervision as well as supervising the housekeeping team
• Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action & Preventive Action implementation in cases of deviations identified
• Training and monitioring of Production Executives and Personnel involved in the production and ensure adherence to GMP, GHP
• Performing various Quality Control/Quality Assurance activities across the facility according to the Quality Policies & Standards of the company.
• Be up to date on all Regulatory Compliances and ensure that they are followed by the company.

About The Company

Salison's is a growing Beverage Manufacturer with it's facility located in the North Region of Kerala in Kannur district. The company is built with a strong infrastructure which includes 2 Pasteurising Systems,

2 Hot Fill Juice Filling Lines with a combined speed of 370 Bottles Per Minute, one of which is a Dosing Filler which is able to process Fruit Drinks with Nata De Coco and Fruit Drinks with Basil Seeds, 2 Carbonated Soft Drink Filling Lines with a combined speed of 320 Bottles Per Minute, 3 Water Filling Lines with a combined speed of 300 Bottles per Minute, and a Jar Filling Line.

The key operations of the company can be described as the manufacturing and marketing of it's own brands as well as do Co-Packing activity for renowned brands such as Salison's. Currently, Salison's is the proud Co-Packers for Paper Boat for their Paper Boat Nata De Coco Drink and Paper Boat Basil Seeds Drink.
